SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to locations in the U.S.A. only! Every reasonable effort is made to ship merchandise to our customers on the most timely basis after receipt of the order. Please allow ten working days before contacting us if you fail to receive an order. If for some reason, we cannot completely fill your order, you will be notified by e-mail and your credit card will not be charged for the item(s) not shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Other than defective items, merchandise may be returned if not worn or used, in original packaging and with original tags within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item(s), please contact us by email (sales@thesurplusstore.net) for authorization and the return address. Return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice. Merchandise is to be returned at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will be credited if it is determined that the return was due to our error.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING MERCHANDISE
We make every effort to prevent damage. In the event damaged merchandise is received, retain original shipping carton(s) contact your local United Parcel Service (UPS) office. Require UPS to return the merchandise to us. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF.
LOST SHIPMENT
Please wait 10 business days to notify us if your merchandise does not arrive. We will then file a tracer with the carrier. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied at the customer's option.
